Tatatadam! And….suddenly I was a potato dragging my hubbay with me to shopping! Wow. Lol.
Hope you are having a great sunday!
On friday ‘Imbull’, the company that I work for, had a great party! Me and my hubby had a blast enjoying the good company of my co-workers and others I had not met before, the free bar and the yummy catering food! Saturday morning we managed to carouse home in a taxi, eat night food and pass out till next day.
Saturday was not as awesome as friday. To put it gentle. But one cannot have fun all the time, or what? The price for fun is a hell of a hangover!
But it was definitely worth it! Haha.
Today I have jogged in the rain in ‘Westerpark’ and been in the city fixing stuff. Now I am gonna chill, draw some more, watch crime series and chillax. Tomorrow morning it is back at work with my great colleagues 🙂 You guys should check out the site : Flipit.com it is called, and they have loads of kupongcodes, discounts and offers to many online stores, like Zalando, Nelly, Ellos, H&M and so on! Really cool concept!
Anyways, enough bragging and sneak commercializing! hahaha :p
I wish you all a great evening! Thanks for stopping by!
Today it is has been pouring down non-stop. But me and Lucas decided to defy the weather and suit up in rain-clothes. I love my new rain-clothes, which I got from Lucas´sister Clara. Feel so comfy and awesome when I wear them with my yellow rain-boots. Just look at how amazing I look with them on!
Lucas decided to take this picture with this lovely background cause he thought I brought out my “small bowl faces”, which I get when I put my cap on. Thanks for that one, husband!
Anyways, we bought a lot of goodstuff. And I had to carry it all while Lucas took unflattering pictures of me. (Okay, he carried his part of the goods, but still managed to take this lovely picture of me). Haha.
Well, over and out for now. My advice to yah all, if you are in Amsterdam, is stay inside! And drink hot cocoa. That my plan for the rest of the day.
Good morning to yah all!
Just woke up after sleeping for over 12 hours. LOL. Which means that autumn is definitely here. And it effects my energy levels so bad 😦 I need to go and grill myself in a tanner soon just to get some vitamin D and hopefully some energy! haha.
Anyways. Today´s plan is to go shopping for food since I got nothing left here at home. The list is pretty long!
And then I am gonna drink coffee. LOADS of coffee. Cause I have an assignment for sunday that I have to start on today and I need some brain-energy! I´ve already started my coffee-marathon. And it works pretty good!
BEFORE: Oh, friday-morning I hate you!
THEN: Okay, get ready energy! Cause here I come!
Today I joined some student who where going to a thrift shop that sells cool vintage clothes, jewelry, furniture pluss more. It´s a cool shop located in the east of Amsterdam. Don´t remember the name right now, but I´l tell you later.
Live goats and shopping at TROUW
The we bicycled a little bit further to a place called “Trouw”, a indoor fleemarket/hairsaloon/chillout place/bar/food/dj place. It´s really cool! They have everything from vintage clothes, shoes, some furniture, jewelry, old records, really good snacks and food, wine, beer, an artgally, pingpong tables and other cool games – yeah, they have so much fun stuff to buy and to do.
Over and out. Cheers, Maypaj.
After going bananas in the “Art unlimited” I tried to bicycle straight home, but ended up visiting two more awesome stores: Jouffrouw Splinter, who has a ten years annoversary this year, and Winkeltje.
Both of the shops have lots of supernice stuff to pimp youre apartment with. Everything from lamps, silvervare, dishes, pictures, pillows and more. The prices are OK. I bought a jewlery thing at Jouffrow splinter to hang my jewlery on so I can finally systematize my stuff.
Then I went next door and bought the coolest lamp ever!! A glowing owl! Oooh, ooooh! I just love it! ❤
Conclusion: These two shops are definately worth a peek, but it´s most fun if youre wallet is not to empty because you will definately fall in love with something in one or both the shops. But it´s definately a “to do”.
Over and out. Cheers, Maypaj.
