Freshly squized juice and homemade pancakes!

Mornings!

Since I have not yet celebrated my 40 followers (soon to be 50) I decided to do it today by making pancakes. And make breakfast juice of pears, ginger, tomato and carrots. Yum!

Put the noodles in a kettel and turn on. Cut the veggies.Turn the heat on max and put the veggies in. When the veggies are almost finished you put the noodles in and add fish-, soy-, oystersauce plus chillipaste. Then you put in the egg. Mix it good and serve!

So you do this:

Cut the veggies.

Unfreeze the salmon.

Put on the kettle with noodles.

Turn the heat on maximun.

Cook up the veggies with the salmon.

Add the spring onions and the smallest veggies at the end so they don´t get to burned.

Add the shrimps.

Mix the noodles with the wok.

Add fish sauce, soysauce and the chillipaste.

Mix it good!

Enjoy!

This summer when I and Lucas got married we got this really great knife set and I used it for the first time today! I love this knife! It´s super sharp and super good!

ImageImageImage

Ahem. Anywas, I used two eggs, milk and flavour for the pancake  stir and poured over the veggies. Then I let it roast for a good while since I was too excited and used way to much stir.

My huge pancake got bit burned some places, and fell apart, but it tasted real good! ❤ YUM!

Homedmade pancakes from the Pancake dreamteam

Since I have to start saving money I decided to go to “Albert Heijn” and buy ingredients for dutch pancakes instead of going to the “Pancake Bakery” down the street. I bought egg, flavour, sugar, broccoli, pepper, green beans, spring onions and maple syrup so that I could make both salty and sweet pancakes! Yummy!

Then I invited Sam over and we celebrated that I got over 20 followers on my blog! Hurray! Next celebration will be when I have 30 followers. Haha.

pancakeflipper

I made the stir while Sam chopped veggies and flipped pancakes.

The pancakes turned out delishious! We are the new pancake dreamteam! And it was a much cheaper dinner than eating at the “Pancake Bakery”.
