Rainshopping at Albert Heijn

Today it is has been pouring down non-stop. But me and Lucas decided to defy the weather and suit up in rain-clothes. I love my new rain-clothes, which I got from Lucas´sister Clara. Feel so comfy and awesome when I wear them with my yellow rain-boots. Just look at how amazing I look with them on! Image

Lucas decided to take this picture with this lovely background cause he thought I brought out my “small bowl faces”, which I get when I put my cap on. Thanks for that one, husband!

Anyways, we bought a lot of goodstuff. And I had to carry it all while Lucas took unflattering pictures of me. (Okay, he carried his part of the goods, but still managed to take this lovely picture of me). Haha.

Well, over and out for now. My advice to yah all, if you are in Amsterdam, is stay inside! And drink hot cocoa. That my plan for the rest of the day.

Cheers, Maypaj.

Soup, soup, a tasty soup!

When I was looking for a soup recipe onlince I came over this fantastic song:

Hahaha. Anyways, the song really made me laugh and took away all my “making-soup-from-the-bottom” inspiration cause I got so hungray while watching it, so I ended up with pumpkin soup from “Albert Heijn” and I added some salmon in it.

soupPretty tasty!

But I found out that it is quite hard to have a nice photo-booth “pose” and eat soup at the same time (as you can see)!Bilde tatt 23.09.2013 kl. 18.53 #2 Over and out. Cheers, Maypaj.

Homedmade pancakes from the Pancake dreamteam

Since I have to start saving money I decided to go to “Albert Heijn” and buy ingredients for dutch pancakes instead of going to the “Pancake Bakery” down the street. I bought egg, flavour, sugar, broccoli, pepper, green beans, spring onions and maple syrup so that I could make both salty and sweet pancakes! Yummy!

Then I invited Sam over and we celebrated that I got over 20 followers on my blog! Hurray! Next celebration will be when I have 30 followers. Haha.

I made the stir while Sam chopped veggies and flipped pancakes.

The pancakes turned out delishious! We are the new pancake dreamteam! And it was a much cheaper dinner than eating at the “Pancake Bakery”.

Yum, yum, yum!

Over and out. Cheers, Maypaj.
